ASU’s College of Education is accepting applications for the Library Education Media Program (LEM), one of the University’s first online degree programs.
The LEM program, offered online, is designed to prepare professional educators to become school library media specialists in K-12 settings. The program was introduced last summer.
Dr. Necoal Driver, chair of Instructional Support Programs, said the LEM program strives to provide students with flexible and innovative instructional options.
“I am very excited that we can bring this type of instruction to students and keep up with their demanding needs. This is the basis for this program and more programs like this in the future,” Driver said.
Graduates receive the M.Ed. or Ed.S. degree.
